Daily scale check...

Did you guys do it?  Did you stay off the scales another day?

I did and I'm proud!  If you're part of the challenge, I want to hear from you!

I stayed off..although I was thinking...what if I lost say 10 pounds in the last week (yeah right, in my dreams!! ) and I need to adjust my weight on thedailyplate.com?? I always eat less than what they say the calories should be..so I guess that would be one way to do it!

Wow!  Nice piece of rationalizing on your part.  Seems like a skill we all had in abundance in our previous life.  STAY OFF THE SCALES, my sweet little pumpkin!

I stayed off the scales today!!  I do have a doctor's appointment on Monday afternoon and she always has the need to "weigh" me!  Will that count....since I'm not weighing at home????  LOL

I grant you a reprieve for Monday's doctors appointment.  No way will they let you skip it so you're off the hook.  Just don't enjoy it!  Ha!

I use to dread that part of the doctor's appointments but that was when their scales wouldn't even weigh me and I'd have to tell them every time.  I now hop on and set the thing myself because I ususally know where it goes!!!
