IRON SUPPLEMENTS?

I do chew on one every now and then.  I was taking them every 2nd day, but once it builds up the nausea sets in.  I do eat iron rich foods, and it's in my multi and my protein drinks, I just don't take the additional supplement.

Oh, okay. I feel better. Maybe you get enough in your food, and the nausea is your body's way of saying, "I've got enough. Thank you." :)
