I read from Pattye's post how much you were versus how much you weight now.  I don't think anyone lost it that fast.  That is really incredible!  You must make a great role model for the newbies.

Awww thanks! You just made my day! When I seen Dr Pond Nov he told me I was actually 3 months ahead of where he thought I should be and that he didnt need to see me til my 1 year to keep on doing what i am doing!  Thanks for the compliment it means alot to me!

I agree with Sarah!  Sassy you're not just an incredible person, but you're a motivated weight loss technician!  I just duplicated my success with a girl out of Georgia with a new diet that I haven't tried on the general public.  It was reall close to what I used during my first month that I could eat.  She's lost 2 more pounds than I did!  Amazing stuff!
