anthem

A co-worker friend of mine sat me down at work one day slapped some headphones on me and made me listen to a CD. My life has never been the same. She has had WLS herself and knows a thing or two. Just a great friend and a lurker on this forum.
The name of the song she had me listen to is ..."I'm Beautiful" sung by Bette Midler. If you have never heard it ...you MUST listen to the words very closely...it may inspire you too!
Caution: not for young ears...it does use a repeated word that I cannot say here...but it is verrrrrrrrry effective and makes a point

Cool, I just love it!!!! I found it on YouTube and was rockin' here in bed with my cast. DH can back to see what was going on.  LOL  It's my song for 2009.

I play this song so loud in my car on my way to work and I sing every word...if you ever pull up next to me you would think I am insane...oh well...It just kinda balances the crap of my past!!!
