EGB tomorrow

Hey guys...I'm going to WW tomorrow to have an EGB.  I talked to Brandy again and she said Dr. Walton wants me to come in.  I'll gladly go, because I'm miserable right now.

I just want to feel good again!  And I know I will.  Please say a prayer!

Im sorry to hear you are son miserable.  Hopefully it will be a quick and easy fix. Keep us updated.

There are several people on this board that have had this done and they said it was not bad at all.  (if that makes you feel any better!)  Hopefully, one of them will post here.

I will be thinking about you and will say a prayer for you.  Please let us know how it goes and hang tough!  You WILL feel better and soon!

Tina at WW had it done!  She had a stricture last Tuesday from her RNY and had to be treated.  She's back at work and doing well!

You'll get through it and be MUCH better!!

I hope to see Tina tomorrow.  She had RNY just before me, and we'd talked before my surgery a little bit.

I can't wait to feel normal again.  I'm telling you all, I've been seriously regretting this since I've been on mushies.  I was so disappointed because my niece didn't feel bad when she had hers...she ate chicken, everything they said we could eat on mushies and all I can even think about keeping down is refried beans. 

Thank you all for your prayers and well wishes...I'm going to be fine.  I have to be there at 8:30 tomorrow morning, so that means a REAL early morning for us.

Your regrets will all go away as soon as they fix you.  You will feel better!

Dr. Walton did my stricture for me...  I asked him if I had any restrictions on my diet because of it and he said no, but just to be on the safe side, I was going to do liquids only for a day...  but, I felt so much better and was so hungry that I went back to my regularly scheduled diet I was on at 3 weeks out! 

He said mine was pinhole sized.  I wasn't able to keep anything down including water and my own saliva!  It was miserable!
