DH UPDATE!

Ok guys. We finally heard back from the U and it is pretty good news. Well, kind of mixed I guess.

The great news is that Steve is NOT rejecting his new liver. The other part is that his labs still are not where they should be but some of his medications (17 of them in total) are being tweaked and we will see how the next round looks.

So, I am calling that Good News! We are thankful and so very blessed!

Thanks to all of you who keep us in your prayers and thoughts so faithfully.

That's great news, Pam! I'm so happy for you and Steve. I'm sure it takes a toll on one's body, to be on 17 medications. Yikes! I'm sure they'll get it all figured out. Wouldn't it be awesome if he could take fewer medicines. He's healed, after all, so why would he need them? NOTE: I'm not saying he shouldn't take the medications. I'm just thinkin'... :)

Wonderful news! I'm with you, I'm calling it good. What a relief to know he is not rejecting the new liver. Woo-hoo!! he will get where he needs to be, he has just been through alot and the body is taking its time.
