I think this might be one of the most active Boards on the site.  And they are all sooooo friendly - they even let me come here and post and I live in Michigan!  The Michigan Board isn't as active as they once were - I think it might be because its just too darn cold up here and their all in hibernation!

Welcome to the OK forum! I had the VSG on Nov. 17th and have released 32 lbs. I'm happy about that. Just mix up whatever you're doing, to fool your body into letting go of some weight. It will work. You'll get there.
