here is the link that i posted on Sat. night..... i just got the contract and they are excited we are coming back this year.... since there is an indoor pool and spa i think it would be good to use them again and they treated us so good...the food was good...i will start posting more once dr. l signs the contract and its secure....
cant wait for the 2nd annual confernence.... all those that have offered to help believe me i will be needing your help this time.....

- Current Weight: 263
- As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain. Not happy about that.
- RNY: 10-16-07 = 338: Highest weight: 350+ Lowest Weight: 199

Thanks Debra....I'm always lurking on the Oklahoma Board - I don't post much.
I have a cousin that is 2 yrs out from Gastric Bypass and doesn't get to do much.
She doesn't have internet connection, but from what I've tried....something always gets in her way to be able to join ANY group in the OKC/Midwest City group(s) area. She is so close to almost all of these locations that it is just pitiful.................
So - I'm a little bummed about her and her trying to deal with things alone !!
