Work out totals for last week
im not bragging , well maybe just a little because just like everyone else , most of my life was spent on the couch , ,,,i workout 7 days a week at the gym , i am up to running , 1 mile a day on the treadmill and walking the other mile , i do the elipitical for 10 mins and then do weights 5 days a week .....im not saying by any means this rountine is for everyone ,,,and i want to make sure i say that i have gradually worked up to this over the past year .....i am hoping to increase , because i am planning to run a 5K or two this spring ......

Monday and Tuesday - 60 minutes water aerobics
Wednesday - nothing! (sick dog and stupid parent as previous post indicated)
Thursday - 30 minute exercise DVD
Friday - nothing (still dealing with sick dog)
Saturday -3 hours moving furniture and cleaning carpets (see information about sick dog!)
Sunday - continuation of Saturday for 3 more hours.....
FYI..the dog has an ear infection and she is really miserable. She was so dizzy and that was creating an upset stomach and poor puppy, she has been sick for almost a week. We got additional medications today so I sure hope she feels better soon.....
