Nagging scale check...did you stay off?

I don't buy that "fatter" excuse any more.  Cuz you don't weigh very much any more.  It has to be something you're doing oh so right and something I'm doing not quite right.  Oh well!  I'm willing to wait on my body to adjust.  What choice do I really have!

No scales for me!! But i spent a gorgeous afternoon outside at my cousins place in teh country for a babies birthday. Could you believe how beautiful it was today?

Nope no scales!! My biggest temptation is Saturdays because that would be when I usually weigh. Once I make through that I am cool.... Ask me again next Saturday....LOL!!

You are so funny "Glitter"!!  It's really hard for me to NOT weigh.  After avoiding the scales for ever....I now want to see them...go figure!!!  I guess I thought if I didn't know what I weighed in the past it just wouldn't be there!  LOL

I think we can all relate to that feeling!  Don't weigh and you don't have to admit that you've gained weight.

It's really hard for me not to weigh too.  Seems like a natural thing to just hop on there and see how you're doing.  But a promise is a promise and I intend to keep it.  Maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised on February 9!

Hey there Kim.....new Avatar!!! I like it...  I guess you'll have to take a new one for me too!  I won't be at meet and greet Friday.  My company is having a post holiday Christmas party Friday night in Enid and we will be spending the night.  I'll have to miss walking Saturday morning too.  I will see you guys Thursday though!  I'm having withdrawals that's for sure.

I'll fer sure be there on  Thursday night.  Sorry you'll miss Friday!
