Nagging scale check...did you stay off?

I stayed off the scale, but I was a bad boy...  I ate like 5 french fries and I completely enjoyed them...  now i'e got like hail Marys to say and a few Our Fathers too.... I just know it...  I won'der what the Catholics think of foodlusting....lol

Hi my name is Sheila and I am a total scale addict.  I tell myself every morning, oh don't weight, let's see if you can hold out.. Nope not me.. First thing I do, go potty than weigh on the scale in my skitties...LOl..

I admire you but got on the scales this morning.  Lost another pound!  woo-hoo!!  I know, I'm a sicko.

I think the secret is.....I'm fatter than you! LOL!!!  Seriously us bigger girls lose a little more because we have much more to lose plus my loss for December was really down, only 5 lbs.  So I think paying attention to what I was eating this week, focusing on the protien, really helped kick things in gear.  Now starting tomorrow I need to join in your staff of the scales thing because I know I will stall out after losing that much this week.
