I AM BACK!!!

Hello! I know I have been gone for so long I bet alot of you forgot who I was!

But I got a question, I had a tummy tuck done and I have these two drains that come out from each side. (Go to my pictures so see) And they both have a loop, but I cant seem to find a good way to keep they secured! Most of the time i just carry them when I was but i need my hands. I dont like tucking them in my underwear because they fall out alot. So please can someone find an idea for me!

I had a panniculectomy two years ago and I had drains out each side also.  I safety pinned mine to my binder and wore a bigger shirt than I needed to disguise them.  The drains were the worst part of my surgery.  It was such a relief when they were gone!

That is an awesome idea! I will pin them to my binder as well. Keep giving me more ideas people! And yea i wear oversized shirts too. :) Thanks Marsha

What about using some surgical tape to secure them to you so they don't pull?  And I mean that tape that doesn't pull 6 layers of skin off when you take it off?

Congrats on your TT!  I'm jealous!  Except I'm too far from goal and really hate my chin more than my tummy!

Hey girls...just a thought on plastic surgery.  Glitter Gal you brought up an interesting point.  When you are ready for plastic surgery, be sure to think it through thoroughly.  Analyze what you are feeling, what bothers you most.  I was pretty much humiliated by my panni.   I really wasn't ready for a tummy tuck, but just getting that slab of flab, that I called mine...taken away was like giving myself a whole new outlook on life.  I have a friend who chose to have a tt before she had her arms done....she was more ashamed of her arms than her stomach, and was never happy until she got her arms done.  So my point is, before you bite the bullet and spend that money, decide what bothers you more and have that done first.  My arms and my boobs are the least of my worries....when I get to my goal, I want a full tt because it's going to be bad!

I have absolutely no experience with this, but I recall reading a few posts about it. One person used one of those fanny packs. Someone else did something with socks. Maybe those 2 things will give you some ideas. Good luck.

No clue, but congratulations on your tummy tuck!!

You guys are so helpful! Now i have tons of ideas! Well my deal with choosing a tummy tuck was that my insurance paid for that and that only. It was my worst I would say because I had a major fat apron as they call it and it harbored infections and rashes. It also lifted my vagina since it was really fatty and hung low. My thighs are somewhat bad but I think working out may cure those. My boobs are arms are next but are going to be self pay.

My boobs we like a size 42 D and now they are a middle B. But they hang so low :(. I might just need a lift and not a full blown job but we will see when that time comes. My bat wings (arms) are kinda bad but I am just careful as to what shirts i wear.

But that was a good point to make about making sure if your paying to make sure to choose what you really think is worse, Remember beauty takes alot of work, pain, and time. I think I look amazing even though i am not perfect yet.

LOL So i go by Sarah Marie and she goes by Sarah Rose as to not confuse us. Most Sarah's spell their name with the "h" but i have met some that spell it without. My now ex boyfriend of 5 years 4 of his 6 girlfriends have been named Sarah. LOL
