There would have been a time I could easily have joined you - not anymore!!! Now my weight fluctuates and goes up a pound before it goes down again permanently, so I too am a scale addict. It's more curiousity than anything else - where am I going to stop? I know it must be close...I had my first stall after goal (140) when I hit 127 pounds and now the scale moves in both directions so admittedly, I need my fix every morning. What can I say? Sad, I know... But I will nag as needed...
I will admit I hate scales I hate checking my weight. Why I refuse to be a prisoner of a scale. I was a prisoner of years with fat and I refuse to be one now.
Throughout my journey the only time I get on scales is at the doctor's office. I know I am losing or not by my clothes. So why bother with the ritual of a scale. So if you want a nagger I am there for ya...if I dont go home.
And if I am not here for your birthday Have a blessed one cause baby you look fantastic....
being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it
