Is this odd, am I normal..LOL..

I am pretty much on the same page with you. If I smell the food, it makes me want it, but that's head hunger, not really hunger. I will have to fight that forever, I know. I went to a workshop today and we went to a Mexican restaurant for lunch. In the past I could have eaten an entire basket of chips myself....I did try one today, didn't really interest me, so I didn't eat anymore. I had refried beans, and a tad of guacamole. I don't have to force myself to eat, but I do have to remind myself that I need to eat something. Breadfast is the easiest for me to skip, just because I don't like breakfast foods. While I was on liquids only, the protein drinks made me a little nauseous, but that's what I did this morning for breakfast and I was fine. Maybe I can start getting in some protein like that.
