I love this little contraption!

I just spent an hour working on it, and I was having so much fun I didn't realize it until I was at 1:15.

I ran in place for about 30 minutes, and wasn't even out of breath when I finished. Then I did some rhythmic boxing, a few balance exercises, and some strength exercises. I'm not sore right now, but I'm sure I will feel it in the morning.

The only thing I can complain about is that my feet hurt after doing some of the yoga exercises, since they are recommended to be done barefoot, and the balance board is a hard surface, so the balls of my feet hurt after the exercises that require you to be up on your tip toes.

I totally recommend this as a work out device, especially during these really cold months that prevent some of us weenies from going outside. And since you have to take a break between each exercise, that is the perfect time to take a sip of water lol.

Hey Girl-

Have you tried the hula-hoop? Hours of entertainment! I have a friend that has the Wii Fit (I don't have one) and we hula-hooped and bounced soccer balls for around 3 hours one night. I am glad you are enjoying it!

I LOVE my wii fit! a few of my girls from work and I get together 3 nights a week and rotate houses, at each house we do a different exercise routien, I've got Monday nights and it's the Wii Fit @ my place. We have so much fun laughing and exersizing together! On Tuesdays we do a BoFlex work out and Thursdays it Taebo...so we get a good little work out and get to enjoy eachothers company! It really helps to have workout buddies!!
