UPDATE ON DH
Good Morning,
Yesterday, we traveled to the U of MI Hospital because we had received a phone call from the Transplant Center that they wanted to do a biopsy on the liver which my husband received.
It appears that his body may be rejecting the new liver. We will not know definitively until the biopsy sample can be examined. It may be a week to ten days before we hear back. I don't know why it has to take so long but that is the way their system works and we will have to accept that. He may have to be placed on the Transplant List again or it might be something that can be managed by adjusting his meds. The wait is really hard.
Steve had been doing great, but a little while back we noticed he was sleeping much more than he had been. He is just so tired that he can barely move at times. I will post back when we know something concrete.
Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers.
Huggs,
Pam

Pam,
I am so sorry to hear about this. I had so hoped all would be better by now and that he would be on the road to recovery. May is the key word. We will just pray for favor in all of this....the results WILL come back sooner than expected and that all WILL be able to be controlled by meds. I know this is alot of stress on you and I am so sorry. Please know my prayers are with you.

Dear Pam,
I'm standing against liver rejection, in Jesus' Name. I'm praying for you and Steve, "that your faith fail not." Keep speaking words of healing preservation. It works. No fear! I know that's easier said than done, but it's so very important.
Lovingly,
Mary

Pammie, I will be praying for your family and especially Steve at this time. My prayer is that he will continue to get stronger and that he simply needs some medication and not another liver! Where one or two or more are gathered together in His name He will hear and answer prayers!!!
Take care of yourself as well!
