Exercise Totals for the Year

Jan 1   Wii Bowling  40 minutes

Jan 2   Stationary Bike 30 minutes

Jan 3   Horseback riding 60 minutes

January 4  Stationary Bike 30 minutes

January 5-that's today-I'm torn between bike and Wii=I'll report it next week when I decide.

 

How are you guys moving?

What?  You working out every day?  Trying to be teacher's pet???  I did walk with the Edmond walking group on Saturday - 2.8 miles.  Went back to the gym tonight and did 2.5 miles on the treadmill.  The other days?  I was cleaning out closests?  That count for anything?  But I did lay around and watch football!!

I'm shooting for a doable 30 minutes a day.  Wii bowling isn't exactly a heart pounding workout...LOL.

Hop on board.  I DVR a lot of things that I'd really like to watch, and then save them for bike time only....tonight I spent 30 minutes with Edina and Patsy-the ab fab girls while I rode my bike.

Honestly, I have no excuse.  My recumbent bike is actually more comfortable than my recliner.

Tonight I joined the Mustang Community Center gym, mainly to hawl that lazy teenager's butt to the gym, so as a result I ended up doing 3.5 miles total for the day on the treadmill (I do 2 miles every morning, 5 days a week) - I tried doing some weights - yeah, I am not ready for that.....

WOOT WOOT-that's great.  You are going to be my hero-I just want to be consistent, and you've already got that going on!

I've been spending about an hour a day playing on my wii fit, then anything extra that I do with other games, like the sports or play games, is just a bonus :)

January 2 - 4 hours walking at the mall (carrying way to many packages)

January 5 - 1 hour water aerobics at the Earlywine Y

Look at everyone doing GREAT..  Deb, I agree the recumbant bike is way more comfy than the recliner.  I moved mine directly in the middle of the living room in front of the tv.  No excuses for riding and watching tv..

Jan 3 40 min bike 5.x miles
Jan 4 nothing
Jan 5 weight wise appt
Jan 6 will do at least 30 min on bike
