GAS and Calcium Citrate

Who would've thunk that Calcium give you gas?  Well, I don't know if it gives YOU gas, but it sure does me.

So-Calcium gives me gas

Iron constipates me.....

These dang supplements are going to kill me (or at least make me explode). 

LOL I was there with you last night I would have preferred exploding to the gas last night. LOL

The thing is, it makes this awful trapped gas-if it would go one way or the other I wouldn't mind so much.  (I know that sounds awful but its true)

I know that this question is not about your current subject, but I was wondering if you are going to a support group in town?  I have not gone to one yet and I was curious as to how they are.  Do a lot of people go to them?  The only one that I have found is at Baptist Medical Center.  Do you know of any others?

There is a support group at Weight Wise that is for everybody (not just WW patients)....I've been to it and the Baptist Group.  OWLO in Norman has a group too (and I've never been to that one and I'm an OWLO patient) but I hear it's a good one.

We also are meeting for dinner on the 16th at Red Robin at Quail Springs Mall-it's a social/support kind of thing-but we are lots of fun and I hope you join us.
