Completely Giddy...HAppy New Year to Me!

I weighed in this morning...I started this whole journey at 282 pounds. My scale this morning read 181!!

I've lost 101 pounds since March! I never thought I would live to see the day when I got used to seeing my weight start with a 1 instead of a 2.

Secondly, I had to buy a dress for my new year's party...and I have gone from a size 26/28 pants to a 14 petite dress in the misses department!

Things have been going great, and thanks to those of you that have been supportive the whole way! I really do love you all!

Are you the same little gal that was worried before surgery that you'd NEVER be able to resist the Italian, pasta-loving pushers in your family?  You are way stronger than you thought you were.  Congratulations to you!  You have done a GREAT job and are an inspiration to me and all of the others too!

Ye,s that's still me...and I would have had some serious trouble with the whole pasta thing if I still lived at home. Thank god for living on my own during college lol.

Congrats Michelle!  You have worked that tiny tummy of your's!!  It's awesome to see the scales go down, your clothing sizes go down and your self-esteem climb up.  Great way to start the New Year!
