New Water Jug

I was at the Wal-Mart Super Center in Del City yesterday and ran across these grea****er jugs. It is similar to the small carry around jugs but each one holds 64 oz of water. for only 2 dollars each. they ahve the handle and sports tops of easy opening and close. So since I was having trouble with the kids grabbing my water bottles I bought one for each of us. So today we all had water galore I even went over my water by maybe 20-25 oz. and I didnt have to worry about the kids stealing it.  I have felt much better though I do seem to be very hungry today. We also took about a mile or so walk as well maybe more need to get me a pedometer.  I have got my cousin walking with me and we go a touch further each time we walk the river trails. 

Awesome Mama Hen!  I love those trails that take you somewhere besides in a circle!  Have fun!

Thank You both alot. since it was cold today and I hav ebeen a wimp about the cold we went and walked around bass Pro shop for about an hour. My kids just love the huge fish tank at the back and all the neat fishing and camping stuff.

Store walking is a valid form of exercise!
