Diet class at Weight Wise on Monday Jan 5th?

Anyone else going to be there?  It's at 3 PM on Monday or who else has a appt on that date?  I will be there!!!  And than just  a few more days of liquid...

I wish I were going to be there, I'd love to meet you.  However, I am going to have a phone consultation with Jess instead of coming to the class.  I am out of days at work, so have to take off only if necessary.  I will have to take off for my 6 week checkup, but it's going to cost me!

Well shoot... But I completely understand.. It's hard to take off work when it costs you money.  I am glad Jess is giving you a phone conference.  If there is anything else I can share from the class, I would be happy to help you out..

Yes, please let  me know if there's something I should know from the class.   I wish I could come up, but it's three hours away, so since Jess was willing to work with me, I accepted that.  She is great, she emailed me the handouts yesterday.  I'm looking forward to starting Stage 2 on Monday!!!!  I don't even like scrambled eggs, but let me tell you, I'm looking forward to them!  LOL

too bad we aren't going to OKC on the same day.  I am going Tuesday at 2!  We could have rode together!

Well that would have been nice to ride together.  The grandparents are coming over Sunday night to pick up the twins to spend the night and than I will stop bye Prue on my way home Monday to pick them up.  I am sure one day we will be in the city together.

Hey, I've got an appt tomorrow with Cathy and Chris, but I didn't know there was a diet class also.  I'm going to see if I can get in on that because I've missed my previous appt for it because of work. 

My hubby and I are going to be there, so maybe we'll be able to meet!

Jen,

This diet class is for Stage 2, after you have had surgery.   We get to start the mushies stage.  there was a diet class before surgery, you may be speaking of that one.  What time is your appt?  The class starts at 3 PM, but I am going to see if Dr B can take a looksy at me today..

Jen, I found both classes were basically the same information!!!  You might be able to get this knocked out today as well.  Just give them a call.
