Almost 8 weeks out.....
and I have hit my first readjustment period. I have been dropping weight well until this weigh in, when the scales have not budged, but I am noticing that my clothes are starting to really hang and I actually got into a shirt handed down from my mom that I would never have fit a few weeks ago. I haven't been a good girl though and I know it since the kids are out of school I have gotten off my protien routine and I havent gotten in all I think I should and my water intake seems to be off a little. I have been bottling up my required for the day in sports bottles and I just realized that my kids keep using them so I havent gotten what I should so its time to kick myself in the pants and get back on track. Thankfully they go back to school monday and I have an appointment Tuesday to meet with Mademoiselles about a membership. I figure if I can get in there at least 3-4 times a week and also up the dogs walks I will be getting lots of good exercise to.
I have the problem with the kids drinking my water too.. Thank goodness they go back to school, mine on Tuesday.. It's hard when they are home because it too, throws me off track.. Hang in there just a few more days and we will all be back on a schedule.. Your doing GREAT, you have to be excited for the New You for the New Year!!!

Sarah I think you are doing fine.
Kindly tell your children that the bottles that you have filled are for you and that it is important that they do not use them because you have to measure what you drink.
As for the scales you are lsoing weight its just the body is catching up with what you have already lost.
I would love to go to A gym but knowing my luck I would get to go for a month then be back in the OR...
Thats what happened when I started riding a bike....
