I have made it 2 days
I started a low carb diet yesterday and so far I am doing pretty good. No, withdrawal symptoms yet. I know it will come, but hopefully I will make it through it. I am going to weigh every stinking day to make sure I don't gain another pound. I guess I need to get one of those weight loss tickers. Maybe that will help motivate me....hehehe.

I was very suprised on how easy it was to cut out all of the carbs.. I just kinda did it cold turkey.. No more bread, pasta, rice, potatoes and It really helped me.. I think once you have your mind set, there is no turning back.. Just remember the reasons your doing this and how much life can be better once you do it..
