I am home from the hospital, I had to stay overnight since I have sleep apnea.  I am have had to anyway, they found my spleen bleeding and had to stop that also.  Dr G said he thinks it wa**** with an instrument but he didn't see it happen.  Dr G is very cautious so he held the bloodthinner shots for yesterday and today.

I am sore, the morphine they gave me did nothing for me, they sent my home of liquid loritab which blurrs my vision but if it helps the soreness then I will take it.

Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers and I will try to quit gettting in trouble by trying to help get everything ready for our family get together tonight at my house.  About 25 people but my hubby and oldest daughter are getting the stuff ready and have kicked me out several times already.  I am used to being in charge of stuff.

Okay I think i will take a nap.

Congratulations Debbie!  Enjoy the times they kick you out, soon enough you'll be back in there doing what they are doing now.  It's kind of  nice to have an excuse to take a nap in the afternoon now!

Take care of yourself!

Hi, Debbie.
So nice to see that you're home and doing well. I'm so thankful that the problem with your spleen was noticed and taken care of. Your soreness/pain will lessen each day. Enjoy having others do the cooking, even though you won't be able to eat what they've prepared (which may be a blessing in disguise). :)  You have been the one to "do" for others. Now, it's your turn to be pampered. Enjoy it. Take care, and my prayers continue for you.
Blessings,
Mary
