OMG I AM SO GLAD TO HEAR THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE STRUGGLING. I TOOK LAST WEEK OFF FROM WORK AND THAT HELPED A LITTLE BUT THIS WEEK I THINK THERE ARE MORE SNACKS BEING BROUGHT TO WORK. I AM TRYING TO STAY AWAY FROM THE "BAD" SNACKS. BUT THE CHEESEBALL AND CRACKERS ARE GOING TO BE MY DOWNFALL. I'M NOT THAT BIG ON SWEETS ANY MORE SO THEY ARE NOT BOTHERING ME. I KEEP TELLING MYSELF JUST A COUPLE OF MORE DAYS AND IT WILL BE OVER AND I CAN GET BACK ON MY ROUTINE. BE STRONG IS SO EASY TO SAY BUT HARDER TO DO!!

I will probably take an outside job after the first of the year (outside my house) but I deliberately did not want to start a new place this time of year-holiday treats and peer pressure to fit in and belong-NO WAY.

I am making an effort this year to say "No thank you" rather than "I don't think the band would like that...."  My band is finicky, but not as much as I let on to the food pushers.....shhhhh, don't tell my secret.

I've noticed many responses that make reference to the ladies.  It's not just the ladies struggling with the holiday goodies!  I'll be so grateful next week when food ceases to be the office's focus.
