Yes, I do I do.  And when I am able to keep down solid food again, I will actually TAKE my vitamins on a regular basis and my probiotics.......

I am living proof that bandsters need to take their vitamins and I wanted to remind you all to not let yourselves get run down (which is easy to do this time of year).  It hit me today I'm ill not because this is a "really bad bug" but that I let myself get so run down in the past few weeks my immune system isn't kicking in.

So, I am pledging now to be as diligent about my own health as I am about my animals (which means if I can pull THAT off I should be ready for the Olympics next year....LOL).  Ok-let me change that to a pledge I can keep-I will be as diligent about vitamins and nutrition as I am for my animals.  Exercise will be debated at a later date.

I miss you guys too.  I realize I focused so much on losing weight I forgot about the other healthy habits needed for good living.

you're damn straight we need you....  I can't be the only vigilante rebel of our group.  i like our small group of hell-raisers and stuff.   I would hate to hear of ANYONE in our group being sick or not doing well.  We're like one big quasi harmonius disfunctional family.....  I miss you after a day of not reading how life is treating you.

I miss you at our little gatherings.  We've had some fun ones and you need to be there.  Bowling on Jan 2?  Start pumping vitamins now so you'll be prepped!

Deb, you honestly have had alot of stress in the past few months....I mean with the family all in and the Uncle dying. It is alot to go through. Your resistance is probably down right now, not to mention the slacking on your own health needs!(No lectures here) Don't kick your own butt, just get well....and I am in total agreement about the exercise topic....That will be added to my New Years stuff! You know also, I felt better when I got to go to the Dinners and meetings. Just getting out  maketh a heart MERRY!!

I bought vitamns today and I'm even going to take them.
