No, no.... I'm not talking about myself...

I'm talking about a balance of things like what your family eats versus what you're eating.  I know that they will eat better than they ever have in the past just because you've had surgery and most of you are the menu-creators of your home....so  I've put a couple of new recipes out onthe recipe forum and not all of them are for you....some of them are for people in your house that are still way lower in carbs than they would eat if left to their own devices....

Anyway...  go read about them....please leave a comment...  and please know that others in the OK forum, (like Michelle) also post their recipes....it helps us as a community not to be bored with mundane meals that we get stuck making...

as for me....my mouth craves tangy, gourmet, goodness....so I must be entertained.  Life is so short not to have some form of solace through inspired living....  every meal tells a story...

Hi, T.
Thanks for posting your recipes on the recipe forum. I know how everyone looks for them there! The 3 new ones sound yummy. "Hanky Panky"--that's funny. Not that I'd know about that! :)
Can't wait to try them.
Blessings,
Mary

I know I'm up for some of that there "hanky panky" too!!  I'll have to let Mr. Fleemore know!!!  He has benefited from my WLS.  We no longer have "crap" food in the house so he was pretty much forced to loose some weight.  I think it's about 30 pounds and he feels better too!!

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

It's always important to let the mister know when you are about to indulge in hanky panky.
