I feel so sad

Believe it or not, this is a good sign. Your hormones are stored in your fat cells. When you lose the fat in the cells the hormones are dumped into the blood stream and we freak out a little. We are on over load. When I have these episodes I seem to have bigger losses that week.
Explain to your family what is going on, so they know too. You may feel good on the whole but your body is still going through some major adjustments and will be for quite some time.

Good news LaDetra!
I have had a similar experience. Just not enough cash to buy all the stuff I would like to for my kids, but they understand and still love mom and dad. You are on my prayer list and I know God is going to work this for good.
I too miss the comfort food offered me and I still struggle daily. My dear friend sent me a great devotion that talked about hunger and that I needed to realize it was not a physical hunger but a hunger for truth and love. I have to stop daily and pray not to eat something I shouldn't and to keep exercising.
It's especially hard around Christmas, all that great high calorie, high fat stuff that everyone brings to work and gives as gifts, I just try to have the attitude 'Everything in Moderation'.
You are stronger than these cir****tances and you have the comfort of God, your family and your friends, especially your friends at OH. Hang in there and keep posting and praying!!
Hope this finds you feeling stronger, hugs and love,
CJ

LaDetra,
I'm gonna tell you what I tell a lot of people.....when you take your carb feed away from your body, you're gonna go through withdrawals...and when you do, you're gonna be tired and gripy...but it will pass. Being frustrated is just a part of the cycle.
I used to be very frustrated, and Rita, Ruth, Denise, and Kim would have to let me know that I'll get over it and that I needed to put my big underwear back on and know that it gets better....
Plus, just think....we love ya...and we don't care what season it is.... even when you're gripy, we still want to hear from you...

I was just at the mall last night, and even though, emotions with weight loss may be involved, the mall and all the traffic and chaos, can make anyone mad, snappy, and teary eyed. And if you went today, my lands, I passed by 169 and 71st and the cars were bumper to bumper for as far as I could see. I'm thinking about you, and just remember his mercies are new every morning.
Hugs to you!!
