Wow-it's cold and I can still eat

And eat and eat and eat.  Today has really not been a good eating day.  I woke up hungry, in part because I haven't been eating well AND worked like a mad dog yesterday......and just decided to eat what I could before the cold closed me up.....so it was ON......and it went on all day.  Grazing and probably some stress/sadness eating.

I tossed the bad stuff this evening and am not going to worry about it unless it continues into tomorrow.

But, I am glad that I CAN eat and it's cold outside-another indicator that my restriction level is going to be a good one.  (I have trouble eating when it gets cold, which is a problem in the winter time). 

Glad that things seem to have leveled off for you.


PS Do you happen to have guinea pigs? I know you have lots of animals but not what kind I am looking for a young one to replace the one we lost recently.
