Iron
I'm in my 3rd week post-op and I'm taking my vitamins, but the iron that I got is in tablets. Is that OK? I didn't think it mattered since the tablets are so small. I'm also not sure if I'm still supposed to be taking 2 of the multi-vitamins a day or not.
Also... do I need to eat 3 times a day right now even if I'm not hungry?
I know that's a lot of questions, but I'm just not sure about this stuff.
Thanks to anyone that helps!

Hi, Stacy.
If the iron tablet is very small, it should be all right. You might want to shoot an email to someone at Wt. Wise, just to make sure. Yes, you should be taking 2 multivitamins daily. You are to eat when you are hungry, so if you're hungry twice a day, that's how many times you eat. There should be 4-6 hours between meals. If you're not hungry but your body is giving you other "eat" clues, like nausea or feeling faint, then drink or eat something. I know it can seem a bit confusing, but you will get better at diciphering your body's clues.
Blessings,
Mary
