Today is my re-birthday. That's right this time last year I was in recovery. The year really went quickly. Oh, and what a difference that a year makes. To everyone pre-op hang in there, your day will get here. For those of you 2 weeks and less post op the soft food stage will get there for you too.And the weight will fall off.It is just so surreal and really happens before you know it. It has been an awesome year for weight loss. Not only for me but my buddies here on OH. Minus 130 pounds and still trying. Love you guys, Rita

Well happy re-birthday to you Miss Rita!!! You have been such an inspiration to me in a lot of ways and I totally enjoy your sense of humor!!! I agree...the time passes so quickly in hindsight and next thing you know...walla...130 pounds gone from you forever!!! Way to go and work that tool!!
