I am a mental person too! Oh wait, you were talking about getting ready mentally, not being mental.....
I am having my surgery in Jan, I hope, and am copying and pasting all this right along with you. I too am a planner and a list maker and if anyone marks on my list....I have to redo it! As you see, I am mental!
Having not had the surgery yet, I know only this....the people who have gone to WW have done nothing but rave about it. Now I don't know a hospital anywhere, where people do that!!
You are in the right board and the new friends on here will help you through all of this before and after. That's what friends do! I have relatives who don't even this much or anything for that matter!!
Come....join in on the talks....read...let us become a support group for you too.
No more playing head games on yourself....it's no fun to play games alone!!

Is this right?  what do you do smell them from being nauseated?

I had may surgery on 9/15 and they were all so nice there EVERYONE. I was really worried but AMY put me at ease  dr b was my doctor but  even dr.Watlon came in to see me the nurses were great ! the rooms are like motels good luck on the 19th .
