I just wanted to chime in a big CONGRATULATIONS on getting a date!!! (even if it isn't an ideal one) WooHoo!! You have worked very hard to get to this point & we are all proud of you.
When I went for my Pre-Op appt - I had the idea in my mind that I would probably be scheduled for the 1st week of Dec. They really wanted to keep me out of Dec. and instead pushed for the week of Thanksgiving. I was a bit shocked and dismayed at missing out on Thanksgiving, but of course it all worked out. All your details and timing will work out just fine too. Once it's over....it won't matter what you had to go through to get there. Good Luck with everything!

Thanks Teri for the encouragement.. I know everything will work out.. My only concern is I still have 9.5 pds to get off but if he moves it up to the 23rd we might be able to fidge on the number a little bit too.. wich is a huge relief.. Instead of having the contast stress of getting it off..
