Christmas Eve 12/24/08 would be my date!!!!
I am doing pretty good so far, There have been some concerns with my blood sugar. My doctor put me back on insulin as it is a lot safer during pregnancy than other oral medications. The problem I seem to having lately is my blood sugar likes to drop at night.
So back to the dr for that issue. Right now i go to dr 5-6 times a month. I have lost 14 pounds since i got prego, Dr isnt really concerned about it right now since my tummy is growing. He did say at one point will have to stop losing and i just told him that really wasnt up to me, i feel like i eat all the time. Finally he is allowing me to just take the flintstone vitamins, and the normal pre-natel were so large that i had to break them in half to take them and then they made me sick.
But other than that just trying stay healthly, busy, and just continue to work.

When our kids were small we always had our Christmas either a day early or a day late because we always traveled to Grantparents and didn't want to take our family gifts with us. I just told them I wrote a letter to Santa and explained we'd be gone and he made different arrangements for us.!!! You're right, as long as you have your special family time it really doesn't matter what day. What an awesome Christmas gift for yourself!!! A new beginning for a new healthy you that can be active with your kiddos!!! That's an awesome gift to them and your husband as well. Putting yourself first for a change is wonderful!!! You go...

I'm in the minority but I think the date is cool......a new begining AND a free pass from cooking Christmas dinner.
At 4 years old, the twins aren't exactly tuned into the calendar yet, so if they get A Christmas (even an early one) they'll be happy.....Have a celebration and presents whenever you can (early is probably better than late for little ones).
The important thing is to celebrate it-not the date.
I am glad you chimed in Jes, it's always good to put names with faces.. Of course, I had a wonderful time chatting with you yesterday, makes the time go by faster when we are sitting in the waiting area..
I followed up with Cheryl today but she hadn't heard anything yet, but I told her I was a go for Christmas Eve if the 23rd didn't work out.. Cross you fingers..
Thanks everyone for chiming in, it's grealy appreciated.
