I'm just over 6 months out.  Can I go to vitamins in pill form instead of chewables?  Seems like that is what they told me.  (now why didn't I think to ask Walton that this morning?)

Yep you can, he told me a couple of weeks ago that pills were fine at 6 months out :)

Glitter...I just got vitamins that I ordered on line and they are bariatric friendly.  Go and look at their website.  They are soooooo much cheaper than the ones at Weightwise.  I got the Multi vitamin, iron and calcium for 90 days for about $85.00!!  http://www.celebratevitamins.com./  It's sure a lot nicer than chewing up the "kitty litter" crap.  They are in capsule form or very soluable pill form.  Look at the site and read about them.  Mary is the one who brought them to my attention.

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!
