Yummy Yummy Turkey Something or Other

I got creative in the kitchen again tonight, and made something quite nice...

I started out with a package of Honeysuckle White premarinated turkey breat loin, they come in rotisserie and italian herb flavors I do believe, however I used the rotisserie flavor...cook this as directed, the package gives directions for pan cooking, baking and broiling. I baked mine.

1 can cannelini beans
1 can navy beans
1 can black beans
1 can great northern beans
(I know, lots of beans...lots of protein though)
1 can chunky rotel
1 can mushroom stems and pieces

all of the spices are to taste, I never measure anything lol
Chili powder
Garlic powder
Onion salt
Italian herb
black pepper

Once the turkey comes out of the oven, shred it into bite size pieces ( there are two breast filets per package, makes lots of meat) then put the shredded meat into a pot, add all canned stuff, I didn't drain anything, makes lots of juice :)
Turn on the heat, then add spices and stir in, let that cook for about 5-10 minutes, just so the juices really get to bubbling, turn off heat and enjoy!!!

Super easy and chock full of protein!!

PS..This would also be amazing with a can of corn thrown in, but since that is off limits, I guess not...

If you use the Italian herb seasoned turkey breast, substitute the black beans for a can of Cream of Chicken and a can of Cream of mushroom, and leave out the chili powder...I'm betting that would be fabulous!!
