Ok my peeps...here goes nothing... i try to beat a number of things that I love into things that some of you might like to try....like Aloha-nu coconut fiber.....or coconut flour , almond flour, or Carb-quik ,if you want to try some friend chicken that is approved for us to eat...or my favorite...FLAX-Z-SNAX...that I can't get enough of you to try....
Well here is the latest thing that I've tried and am adapting to nicely....
Morningstar Farms Veggie-Sausage Patties
I know you've seen them and were tempted at one time but let me explain WHY this should be on your plate...
Losing hair? U need protein.... like 10 GRAMS of protein PER patty...wow...
Losing muscle? See above....
That's enough for the protein push.....
now for fat....
Too much fat slowing your weightloss down?? only 3 Grams PER patty... normal ones have 38 per patty... this stuff is amazing!
Stop your stall now...
WAIT...there's more...
Fiber....boo...hiss... not much here... only 1 gram of fiber...umm ok...
BUT Carbs? 2 net grams....AWESOME
Cholesteral? ZERO yes....
I'm copying and pasting the info for it below.... it's not the most flavorful stuff ever made, but I put hot sauce on it and i'm able to eat it just fine...it's ALL veggie stuff...and i'm a dude....so that means it's DUDE approved!
LOOK AT THE B-12 and vitamins!

Oh yeah-I'd rather have the veggie sausages than the "real" thing-they don't upset my stomach. I'm still waiting for the cocunut flour and fiber so I had to, mean HAD to fry some catfish for daddy in cornmeal-but I'm actually looking forward to the flour.
My first fish fry was, well, let's just say it was a baseline measurement-got a ways to go to be up to Arlene's in Denison's standards-but it was edible and no one puked. (We've been driving to Dennison to get fried fish because neither Mom nor I would fry in our houses, but I finally had a moment of weakness and agreed to take on the task of coming up with good catfish closer than 200 miles away).
