Rosie,

I'm kinda weirded out by your question....everyone is so wildly different that the ranges will be fro mild weight loss to severe weightloss.  in my case I lost about a hundred and odd pounds in 2 months and I'm still losing rapidly.  In others I've heard them losing 2 pounds in a month shortly after surgery.

It's also going to depend greatly on what they are eating....  i choose to go very low carb foods and if I cheat then I cheat in moderation....a rum drink here...or a small piece of pizza there...but for someone who averages only 5 carbs per day, it doesn't hurt me to cheat once or twice a week.

So if you're not losing enough to be satisfied....then look at your diet....go down to a zero carb plan and hold onto it for as long as possible (at least  2 weeks...then slowly add 5 carbs per wee****il you start gaining, then you know where you're allowed to eat carbs and where you're not..)  Is it hard?  yes...  is it worth it?  yes...

For m, patience is not a virtue that i care to exhibit, so I think it's worth the hardship to just get the weightloss over and done....for others they have their own needs... and they weigh them carefully.  Look into ketosis....and how a low carb diet will move you along rapidly...  get the strips and test yourself and the proof will be in the test strip.

lol..didnt mean to wierd you out............lol.i will try the test strips....good idea...i dont eat much but i think i tend to eat wrong things...it is hard when you cant eat somethings and try andneed to eat something.lol..i cant not tolerate and do any protein, ( yes bad bad) but so far, im doing fine and no hair lose etc......my doctor tests me regularly and im doing good he said......i just thought maybe it would come off faster, i guess.......i can eat sweets and most things, but still beef, even chicken and fish, sit very heavy and i avoid right now......thanks for your input......
