don't give up and don't let the scales get you down would be my biggest piece of advice. if the scales don't move be sure that you are taking measurements and that will help boost you up again!!

We can encourage all day, but you have to work the tool yourself and obviously you are doing a great job with it!! Congratulations!! That is so exciting!!
