Bad Dreams?

Is anyone else having seriously weird bad dreams since weight loss? The past couple of nights, I haven't been sleeping at all, and I blame it on the weight loss. If not bad, they are quite vivid, it's getting old fast.

Michelle,

I had some episodes of very vivid - not bad, but just seriously bizarre dreams back during the summer, but nothing like that recently....

Have you tried to keep a journal by the bed and write them down before you get up or move too much when you wake?  If nothing else, it might make for interesting reading a year from now.

Good luck with them - you need to be able to get your rest!

I'll reveal something strange about myself....  I crave bad dreams....  I love scary dreams....  to me, it's just another form of "escapism"....seriously, I know I'm weird, but once I wake up, I know it's just a dream, then I try to chase it again and get back into dream-mode just to continue to story....

anyway, just my bit o Thomas weirdness for the day....hehe

you are quite strange...I will admit that...I try not to have bad dreams...they make sleeping well a little difficult.

I would say I don't dream as much or as vividly-and I kind of miss it.
