December OKC dinner details- December 12- Bricktown

Happy Holidays all!  I talked to Abuelo's and they don't take reservations unless we want to get the banquet room which was going to be cost prohibitive.  I don't mind going a bit early to stake out some tables.  Anyone want to meet me early- say 5:30?  Let me know if you want to keep me company.

We will plan on meeting at 6 PM at Abuelo's in Bricktown.  Those that are interested can walk down to the canal so we can sight see and ride the boats.  Should be a blast!  Cold but fun! 

Anyone interested in doing the snow tubes at the ballpark?  It doesn't have to be on Friday night.  I just think it would be fun.

I will come straight from work and be there by 5:30 as well -- probably earlier.

I can also be there early.

I took my daughter and nephews to ride the snow tubes last year, twice - they had a blast and looks like a lot of fun. Of course I wouldn't have dreamed of getting on one of those last year - but I would be tempted to do it now! I think it would be fun!!

 

I can also be there early with you.  I'm looking forward to being in Bricktown during the holidays.  I think the canal ride will be fun.  We'll just have to wrap up...after all it's Christmas time in the City!!!  I'll have to watch some folks do the snow tubes and then make the call.  I just might be game!!!

I don't think we'll be able to make it for Friday, but we are planning to try and be at WW on Thursday...

Just wanted to say that one of the guys in my office took his family down to the snow tubes at the ballpark last night and they had a blast!  I hope you all are able to go after dinner - and I'll be looking forward to pictures!

I think it's  either $10 or $13/person for a 90 minute session.  (I don't know if I could stand to be outside that long....brrrr..)  Here's a link to the info... looks like you can buy tickets online or at the ballpark - but you have to get them before they fill up!

Oh, I'm all about the snow tubing (as long as it's sitting down, I'm good to go)......anytime sistah, anytime (except for Saturday mornings-I'm riding then).

Looking forward to the canal ride too and I'll be there early-always up for a mug of hot tea and a friendly chat with friends.
