SWEATERS or JACKETS?

Okay, true confessions.  Today at work I'm wearing my shoes, wool socks, underwear, tights, pants, a bra, t-shirt and sweater.  I am finally warm (with my space heater going!)  If anyone has size large or 14/16 sweaters or jackets they are willing to part with, please bring them to weightwise tonight !!  Jack Frost is definitely nipping at my nose !

I'm right there with you...freezing all the time.  I do have a space heater under my desk which helps.  I wish I had some jackets and sweaters for you but you're a head of me!!!

I still don't understand what you gals are talking about...I'm in shorts...t-shirt....flip flops daily....

Insert evil laugh here------------<  Bwahahahaha hahaha hahaha and stuff..  You gals could come see me....you could wear shorts in december too.... it's a balmy 74 degrees...and the flights are coming in all of the time...

My goal is to totally conquer winter this year-but it's fighting back already.  Went outside for a bit today, stayed till I was frozen through and warming up involved a nap and an electric blanket AND heating pad.  This new body just doesn't like the cold.

But I went back out again this evening for a bit, I'm not giving up.

It's strange, but once I get cold I seem to not be able to warm up. 

When I awakened this morning at 5:30 and heard it was a balmy 29 degrees I got dressed, went to Wal-Mart, bought 12 pairs of warm socks and a bunch of hand and toe warmers (the kind you wear when you go snow skiing)  The good news -- I'm sitting in my office for the first time in a long time toasty as can be !!!  (BIG SMILE)  It may sound stupid, but if my hands and feet are warm I'm good !!!   Don't laugh, try it !
