I can tolerate the Calcium and the Iron but the Multivitamin is a problem. I bought the chewable Bulding Blocks and they are sooo nasty to me. So yesterday I got some liquid vitamins ay GNC and they made me ill. There is noway my body will let me swallow that nasty stuff. I have a very strong gag reflex that I have no control over. What do i do? I need o find a way to get my vitamins down. HELP!!!!!!

Oh Yeah! What is up with the horrible taste in my mouth? I have brushed my teeth about 10 times a day. YUK!

I get my multi-vitamin at CVS.  It's the generic chewable, Spectravite.  I think it tastes better than Centrum and is just as good.  Good luck on your quest.

I use Centrum and like them. I tried the Walgreens brand and did not like them as well.
As for the bad taste -- it is ketosis. It will get better once you are eating more.

I buy my vitamins from Dr. G, you can get either a chewable multi or the capsule. I am not big on the chalky gritty taste of chewables so i havent tried them even though they gave me samples and say I will like them. Fieryone uses their chewables i think.  BUt I do the capsules so much easier for me to get down. Go get some of their samples and try them at least and see what ya think before you buy or if you are far enough out they may let you do the capsules.

Hi, Lorna.
I LOVE the Celebrate Vitamins Multivitamin Chewable, orange flavor. All their vitamins and supplements are yummy. Take a look at www.CelebrateVitamins.com. The cost is about $10 for a 30-day supply.
Blessings,
Mary
