Sorry your Mom gave you a hard time about your menu. Sounds wonderful to me!
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

Oh, it was fine, really.  She's just an uber control freak, who no longer wants to cook for the masses, but still wants everything cooked to her specifications (sugar free, fat free and often flavor free).  She's a born again weigh****cher who thinks that if you deviate for a second the world will come to an end....so, from her perspective, having a houseful of forbidden food in HER house was probably a nightmare.

But it did sting a little bit, because the only reason I did what I did was to help her out (otherwise I just would have left town till everyone was gone).  I don't care if she liked the food or not, but I would have appreciated a thank you for the effort.  So, I thanked myself with an expresso machine.

Hi, Debra.
The one thing that I'm going to do for myself this year is to allow myself to be 100% blissfully HAPPY, with no pain from the past creeping in to throw the deep sadness my way. :)
