deviled eggs

Ok...I have another question here for soft foods...u knew it was comin right? Deviled eggs, can I have them on soft food stage? I am not a soft scrambled egg person....so was wondering if deviled eggs would work by adding mustard to the yolk only. If this would work, would one egg be equivalent to 1/2 cup? I am kinda thinkin yea, but I am off at times...LOL...no surprise. Thanks for everyones response to the cottage cheese thing. I am gonna try all of the suggestions and see which ones work. I especially liked Kim's jello thing...yummo...will be trying them all

The paperwork that I have from my surgeon says that eggs prepared anyway except fried are allowed on the soft food stage. so, I would say give it a try. Just take a couple of bites and see how it goes down.
