Protein Question
Ok, so I just read on another forum about New Whey protein bullets. Has anyone tried these? Where can I purchase some at? I'm having surgery on Monday, and would like to know some good ways to get protein in the liquid stage (2 weeks). I've purchased AdvantEdge protein shakes, and Medifast from Weight Wise.
Thanks,
Amber

Amber...it's not too late to order some Nectar - low carb, no grit wonderful protein powder (caribbean cooler flavor) from Netrition.com...... so tasty.... so easy to drink versus the other stuff...
I've had the bullets, and about every other powder out ther from unjury, chikes, isopure, champion...etc, etc, etc... to the coffee flavored one that is always on the OH website, and nothing compares to the Nectar stuff....
I would try all of the others and when you get tired of them give my suggestion a try.... you can mix mine with water, milk, juice..etc... you can cook with it... make party favors... so lots of flexbility....
Just an idea..

I got a couple of the bullets from the health food store on 1-240 and Penn. I personally didnt like the taste of them. But each person is different. I too like the nectar protien as it is fruity instead of gritty.
The website for the Nectar is www.syntrax.com they have several different flavors I have tried the Fuzzy navel and fruit punch and I want the carribean cooler and roadside lemonade as well. Now they dont have the vitamins to count as a meal replacement but are 23 grams of protien for a suppliment.
