I'm just venting-don't mind me.  I am blessed with family and I'm glad I'm not alone-only not really, I am tired and just want to curl up with the cat and my parrot and take a nap........

I totally understand! If I were you, I'd "curl up with the cat and my parrot and take a nap." Just do it, as if they weren't even there. :)

Ahhhhh solitude-and I do love them, and sincerely hugged each and every one of them.  But I'm tired.......

But, other than being ready for them to go home was it a success?  I am guessing it must have been if you can't get them to leave!  Congrats on hosting a successful holiday meal.  This means you may be off the hook for Christmas dinner!

T-giving is the big migration for my brother's kids and grandkids to Oklahoma-so Christmas is always quiet.

This one was a bit of shocker because they showed up early and stayed late...LOL.  Both my house and my Mom's house are very small, but the weather was nice so the kids were able to stay outside a lot and we all took turns watching them and making sure they ran off a lot of energy. 

I spent turkey day and the last two days alone. Only humna contact I have had was my nurse....

I actually would have love some family together drama....and no not my sisters over cooked turkey jerky

I wish I had known-I went to Lexington today, I would have loved to stop back on the way home for a chat.
