MWC/ DC walking group will NOT walk this Saturday..

due to the holiday weekend.  I teach Saturday school the next Saturday (Dec. 6) so if you ladies want to organize yourselves for that date I am out of the loop.  I will be back on track for Dec. 13 for certain.  I am not teaching any more Saturdays (after the 6th.)  I miss you girls too much!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

I am in south OKC very near the DC line I was wondering when and where you all usually meet maybe I can start going.

We walk at Regional Park just west of Douglas Blvd on Reno.  We meet at the main pavillion off Reno.  Our winter walking time is 9 AM.  Our summer walking time is earlier to try to beat the heat.  We would love to have you join us.  We do about 2 miles along the creek.  We can go as fast or slow as you want.

If you are interested, we go for coffee after we walk at Panera there on 29th St.

I will post the next time I am walking.  But count on the morning of Dec. 13 at 9 AM.
