Rant on the VSG Forum - You gotta see this...
All,
I don't know Amy, the author of this post, but I can tell that she's on the same journey as the rest of us, and I found her message this morning exceptionally profound and wanted to share it with my OH family here on the OK forum. It really spoke to me and said things about how I used to feel, and still do some days.

Wow what an awesome post. I cried after reading it. It was so me.... I feel sooooo blessed to have had this opportunity for a life changing experience. I'm sure we all feel blessed. We've come so far and I will NEVER take it forgranted. I just wish that this next year in 2009 we will so more and more insurance companies make a way for the obese to have WLS. Mine was totally excluded so I had to do some fancy financing but my DH made a way. I am so blessed..... I felt that without this surgery that my time on this earth was very limited. I now feel like I have some time left to actually live a wonderful life!! Thanks for sharing this John!!!
