December OKC dinner- final plans!

I'll be there!!

I'll be there with my DH...I can't wait.  I've NEVER been on the canal ride and am looking forward to that as well.

The canal ride looks fun.  The boat goes by the spot on the river where I take the dogs swimming, I got caught in the water myself once (had to go in after the dogs doncha know.....)

Yeah, I know all about "had to gon in after the dogs"!!!  i'll bet it was hot and really felt good too!!!

Yeah-it was not really a sacrifice....LOL. (although once Greta got her paw caught in her life jacket and up ended and I really did have to do a life saving act).

My Cooper (westie) loves to swim but when we go to the lake he is in a life jacket.  I'm always afraid he'll go out too far and be biting the waves and not have it in him to get back. ... so we always hook a leash to his lifejacket.

I had a doxie that loved the water.  I was napping on the beach one day and when I woke up she had shoved the air mattress into the water-and was floating out in the middle of the bay where people were skiing.  Oi.  That was one long swim out to the mattress and back....that was pre life jacket days.

Back on track, girls.  Yes, I will be there and I may have a guest ;)

I am very sad i wont be able to make it , my work party is the same night , but i will only say it here , i wish i was going with you guys
